As we all try to stay safe and healthy during these unprecedented times, TVF is calling on you, our fantastic supporters, to take part in a Virtual Challenge over the coming months or an organised challenge later in the year. A challenge can really help to maintain your physical and mental wellbeing and help to transform lives through the funds you raise.
TVF's overseas trekking and cycling challenges 2022
Our overseas challenges have raised over £450,000 since 2009 which is an amazing achievement by the participants who personally cover their costs, their donations and their generous sponsors. The funds have helped to transform so many lives in the local and the wider community. It has not been possible to arrange an overseas challenge in 2021 due to the Coronavirus restrictions but we plan to arrange one in autumn 2022 on The Camino Portugues Coastal Route, or Portuguese Way, which follows the Atlantic coast from Porto to Santiago for cyclists or Vigo to Santiago for trekkers and they will prove as popular as previous ones.
